This band came out of the ashes of Bubble Puppy. They were from Austin and shared the stage with bands like 13th Floor Elevators and Josefus.
Great post and great site.

Please repost this rare gem....

I thought these deleter pricks in all their piousness should only target true reissues, not something someone has gotten from LP..... consider the bone pointed at the progagainstpirate devils.......

Please repost. File Deleters are really a PIA!

According to Acid Archives, this group is a different Demian to the one that grew out of Bubble Puppy.

And it's been deleted again by some bastard!
If someone isn't preparing to reissue this, it's pretty unjustifiable.

Hi, I'msearcing it for long time now this, bad luck is I cannot downloadit, because of rapidshare and shareoneall does not let it anymore. Badongo or megaupload would be maybe a better idea, but anyway, for the weeker minders, THIS GROUP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BUBBLE PUPPY, THAT IS ANOTHER DEMIAN. Thanks, I like your blog though. Bests, Gy

Well...to put to rest the question of THIS Demian's link to Bubble Puppy... there is none. I'm the original guitar player from THIS Demian.. so I should know. This was recorded at Odyssey Sound Studios in Austion, Tx in 1974. And thanks for all the positive comments. It was a hoot seeing this show up after so many years! Signed.... A. Clark

Thankyou! Death To Deleters, lol! With all the blogs and forums, I think the issue is that this blog is being targetted specifically by someone. I have yet to see the deleter issues on other blogs and sites that I have seen here.

Thank you for the rare, hard to find music! I,myself, have also purchased thousands of dollars-worth of music in my lifetime, owning albums,'45rpm's,8-tracks,cassettes,cd's, and dvd's. To say that filesharing has damaged the industry or hurts artists is insane, as this is how I have found new artists to listen to, and I purchase when I am able! The ones who whine, I no longer purchase. I used to be a Metallica fan until the Napster fiasco. Never again! I used to purchase The Offspring, until their label refused to allow them to do what they wanted with their own music and upload an album for their fans for free! Then I stopped buying anything on that label! When musicians try to do something for their fans and this stuff happens, sorry- it's the LABELS, not the artists, who suffer. Filesharing also keeps artists "honest", forcing them to put out albums with coherence and quality, not bubblegum tripe and no "flow". Thanks to PNF for posting hard-to-find quality music!!!
